Homemade Calcium-supplemented Shrimp Skin Powder
1.
Wash the fresh small river prawns with clean water.
2.
Filter out the moisture.
3.
Put it in the pot and dry fry, then add lemon slices and fry together, the lemon can be fishy.
4.
Turn off the heat when the aroma of the shrimp comes out, and put the shrimp in the roasting pan.
5.
Rotate the oven at 100 degrees and bake it for about 80 minutes. Pinch the shrimp with your hands and it will be very crispy.
6.
Put the shrimp in the grinder and use a flat knife to beat them into powder.
7.
The powder I made is more delicate, so that's it.
8.
Put it aside for a while after it's done, then put it in a bottle, and add a spoonful of it every time your baby eats supplementary food.
Tips:
If you don't have an oven, you can also fry it directly in the pan. You have to keep stirring until the shrimp is very crispy.
