Homemade Chocolate Custard Ice Cream

Add fine sugar and salt to the egg yolk and mix well;

Slowly add the milk, and stir evenly while pouring;

Pour the custard and milk mixture into the milk pan, turn on a low heat and stir continuously;

When the egg-milk liquid is sticky and the marks on the bottom of the pot will not disappear immediately, turn off the heat immediately, soak it in cold water and continue stirring for one to two minutes to serve, and put it in the refrigerator for later use;

Melt the chocolate in water, add it to the prepared custard and stir evenly for later use;

Pour the chocolate custard into the whipped cream and mix well;

Pour into a container and freeze, stir once every 1 hour, and freeze hard after stirring twice.
Tips:
Just mix the egg yolk and milk evenly, and stir well when making the egg milk mixture;
When boiling the custard, be sure to control the low heat until the custard is smooth and sticky. The whole process takes about ten minutes. Don’t worry, if you go through it, there will be a lot of yellow and small. Granules, which means that the yolk is coagulated, which will affect the taste;
Don't over beat the whipped cream, just make it sticky and produce a smooth texture, so that it will easily blend with the custard and the taste will be smoother;
The final ice cream liquid should be thick, delicate and smooth. After being frozen, stir it twice every 1 hour;
