Homemade Cranberry Ice Yogurt (with Yogurt Recipe Included)

1. First prepare all the ingredients, the fruit oatmeal forgot to take pictures.

2. After washing the cranberries, put them in an ice cube, add pure water, and freeze them in the refrigerator.

3. Wash the remaining cranberries, add honey and grind them into a puree, remove the frozen ice cubes from the mold, and take out the fruit oatmeal for later use.

4. After the yogurt ice is fresh and clean, hot water is used to scald the body and lid of the cup, and then dry the water. No oil can be seen in the process. Pour the pure milk into the yogurt cup first.

5. Add lactic acid bacteria powder first.

6. Then add sugar, you can add more if you like sweet ones.

7. Using an oil-free stirring stick, slowly stir and melt the lactic acid bacteria powder and sugar.

8. Cover the lid and turn on the power to start making yogurt. The cup has three flavors of slightly sour (default is 8 hours), standard (default is 10 hours), sour (default is 12 hours), you can choose according to your personal taste, I chose Standard taste.

9. When the time is up, the prepared yogurt has a strong aroma and is super brushed.

10. Spread the crushed cranberry puree on the bottom of your favorite cup.

11. Pour in a little more prepared yogurt.

12. Top with frozen cranberry ice cubes.

13. Then pour an appropriate amount of yogurt.

14. Pour in cranberry juice at this time.

15. Sprinkle mixed fruit oatmeal on top and garnish with mint leaves.

Tips:

You can choose the time of yogurt fermentation according to your own taste. You must not see oil in the yogurt cup during the cleaning process...
