Yam is a medicinal herb included in "Chinese Materia Medica", and its medicinal source is the dried rhizome of Dioscoreaceae yam. Yam has the effects of nourishing and strengthening, aiding digestion, condensing weak sweat, and stopping diarrhea. It mainly treats spleen deficiency diarrhea, lung deficiency cough, diabetes and thirst reduction, short urination, nocturnal emission, chronic enteritis caused by women and indigestion.

Cranberry Yam Soup (to Invigorate The Spleen and Nourish The Skin)

1. Prepare the ingredients. Yam, yellow rock sugar, dried cranberry.

2. Peel off the skin of the yam and wash it.

3. Cut the yam into small pieces.

4. Put the yam into the wall breaker and put 600ml of water into it.

5. Then add yellow rock candy.

I made two cups, for reference!
If you like the thicker soup, you can add more yam.
