Homemade Dried Bayberry
1.
Wash bayberry and set aside
2.
Bring to a boil in a pot and pour out the water (this is to remove the sour taste, if it is not too sour, you can omit this step)
3.
Add a small bowl of water to the pot and cook the bayberry and rock sugar in the pot
4.
Boil until the water in the pot is sticky, you can make a bowl of bayberry soup. It tastes sour and sweet.
5.
Boil until the water is dry, squeeze a few drops of lemonade and stir into the pot
6.
Put it in the sun to make it drier
7.
If the sweetness is not enough, you can wrap it with sugar. I started putting a lot of sugar and I stopped putting it in, and I just bottled it.
8.
You can put it in the refrigerator and eat a few pieces occasionally. The taste is very good. It is also a big love of children, and my son likes it very much.
9.
Sweet and sour, appetizing
