Homemade Egg Tart

Thaw the tart crust in advance.

Prepare 3 egg yolks for later use.

Put 120 grams of milk in the bowl.

Add 120 grams of whipped cream.

Add two spoons of condensed milk.

Add a spoonful of sugar.

Stir over water to melt the sugar.

Sift in 10 grams of flour.

Add egg yolks.

Pour into the tart wrapper 80% full.
