Homemade Green Plum Wine
1.
Wash the green plums, soak two tablespoons of salt in water for two hours, wash and remove the stalks.
2.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add green plum for 5 seconds. Pick up the water to dry on the surface.
3.
Use a clean, water-free container to make a layer of rock candy with green plums
4.
Slowly pour the red rice wine from the side. Close the lid tightly. You can drink good wine after three months, but it’s best, more than one year, more fragrant
Tips:
1 Soaking in salt water is to remove the astringency of green plums
2. The water is so that the green plum will not shrink too much after soaking in wine.
3 The surface of the bottle and green plum must be dry, otherwise the wine will deteriorate.
4. The storage time is as long as possible, more than one year is better.
