Homemade Healthy Applesauce

Wash the apples and set aside (you can go with the skin or not), core and cut into small pieces, sprinkle with sugar and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours

Some of the marinated apple cubes will overflow with sugar water, pour them into the pan and cook slowly

Turn off the heat when the apple cubes are soft

Put it into the food processor and make apple puree, then pour the pureed apple into a non-stick pan again
5.
Squeeze the lemon juice out of half a lemon (this amount does not need to be too much)
6.
Fry slowly with a spatula until the jam becomes sticky, turn off the heat, cool slightly, and put it in the container
Tips:
The apple cubes can be cut into smaller pieces, making it easier to handle
