Homemade Honey Bean Smoothie (red Syrup)
1.
Ingredients: a bottle of assorted coconuts, homemade honey beans, red syrup, ice cubes. Honey beans: mung beans, red beans (small and large), peanut kernels, white sugar. Red syrup: 45 grams of brown sugar and 20 ml of water.
2.
Honey beans practice:
Mung beans and red beans are soaked in water overnight, the peanut kernels are peeled and germ, put into an electric pressure cooker together with the soaked beans, add water according to the proportion of cooking rice, and use the function of rice to cook.
3.
Boil white sugar with water to make a syrup, the ratio is almost sugar: water=10:4, the sweetness is adjusted by yourself, the consistency of the cooked syrup is almost the same as that of honey. Pour the cooked beans into the syrup, mix well and let cool, and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
4.
Red syrup: Pour brown sugar and water into a pot and boil over low heat to form a syrup. Brown sugar has impurities, so you can skim off the froth after boiling.
5.
The syrup is thinner when it is hot, and thickens when it cools.
6.
Remove the honey beans soaked in syrup and mix them with coconut and pineapple.
7.
Crush the ice cubes (or not crush) and pour it into the smoothie plate, spread the mixed honey beans and coconuts evenly on the smoothie, and just drizzle with red syrup!
