Homemade Ice Cream

Three egg yolks, beat with white sugar, and beat until the color becomes lighter.

Prepare two bottles of milk.

Heat the milk in the milk pan and turn off the heat when it is slightly turned on.

When the milk cools a little, add a spoonful of the egg yolk, stirring while adding.

That's it after mixing. Pour back into the milk pan and heat. This step is very important. Stir while heating, and the heat should not be too high, otherwise it will turn into egg soup.

Turn off the heat after turning it on slightly, and put it in the refrigerator after it has cooled.

After putting it in the refrigerator, stir frequently so that the ice cream will be soft and there will be no ice residue. You can eat it with mango.

Made into desserts, it tastes great. The strong banana flavor is separated from the mango flavor.
