Homemade Jelly

1. Prepare the skin

2. Soak in cold water for an hour

3. Put the rice wine in the pot and blanch the skin for 5 minutes.

4. Blanch well and shave oil, remove hair, wash and shred.

5. Rub with salt and vinegar

6. Wash with warm water 3 to 4 times, there is no oil at all.

7. Put pork skin and green onions in the pot, pour 3.5 kg of warm water and rice wine.

8. Bring to a high heat and cook on low heat for 3 hours and turn off the heat.

9. Forming and loading

Tips:

The skin of the meat must be shaved and oiled, and the remaining hair must be removed. Washing with salt and vinegar can remove grease, and the cooked skin will be frozen and clear. Use low heat when cooking, one catty of skin can use 3 to 4 catties of water, for reference only.
