Homemade Jelly

Prepare a cup of mung bean starch

Pour the starch into the basin, add a cup of cold water to the starch

Use the same beaker to measure out 4 cups of water, pour it into the pot, add a little salt to boil

Stir the starch with water while boiling water
5.
After the water is boiled, turn to low heat, pour in the starch paste and stir constantly
6.
Cook until the starch paste is white and has many small bubbles
7.
Quickly pour it into the mold and let cool (it’s faster to put it in the refrigerator)
8.
Appreciation of the finished product. Then add seasonings to your taste and eat it
