Homemade Jujube Puree

Pick and wash red dates

Cored and diced

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, put the pitted red dates into the pot and boil, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat

Into the food processor, smash into jujube puree

Tips:
The jujube puree can be sieved to be more delicate, and it can be broken directly by a cooking machine, which retains all the nutrients of the red jujube, but it is not as fine as the sieving.
