Fresh lemons are low in calories and rich in citric acid. They are an excellent source of potassium, calcium, iron, vitamin C and bioflavonoids. Lemonade has the effects of whitening skin care, clearing heat and resolving phlegm, promoting body fluid and relieving heat and appetizing, preventing cardiovascular disease and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Drinking lemonade regularly can improve your immunity and is one of the first choice cold drinks in summer. My baby loves to drink it all year round. I learned a simple preparation method from the lemonade seller and shared it with everyone. I hope everyone likes it^^

Tips:

1. White granulated sugar can be replaced with rock sugar. In order to speed up the dissolution, the rock sugar can be ground into powder first, or honey can be used instead of white granulated sugar.
2. Generally, a cup of 1-2 lemon slices is enough, otherwise the acidity is too high.
3. It can be made with ice water in summer to relieve heat.
