Homemade Natto
1.
Wash the soybeans and soak them in cold water overnight.

Drain the remaining water soaking the soybeans.
3.
Put the soybeans in the pressure cooker, cover the pot and simmer over heat.
4.
Prepare the natto powder, add appropriate amount of water and stir well.
5.
Put the simmered cooked soybeans into a container for natto.
6.
Pour in the natto powder and stir evenly.
7.
Put the natto container into the yogurt maker, power on and select the natto file.
8.
The machine starts to work. Power off after work.
9.
Enjoy.
Tips:
Do more at one time, store it in a closed container, and take it as you eat.
