Homemade Natto

Wash the soybeans and soak in cold water overnight

Pour out the remaining water soaking the soybeans

Put the soybeans in the pressure cooker, cover the pot and simmer over heat

Prepare natto powder

Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly
6.
Put the simmered cooked soybeans into the container for making natto
7.
Pour in the natto powder and stir evenly
8.
Put the natto container into the yogurt machine, turn on the power to select the natto file, and the machine starts to work. You can enjoy it after power off after work
Tips:
Do more at one time, store it in a closed container, and take it as you eat.
