Natto, very popular in Japan, is used as a health supplement. I was crazy in China for a while. Natto's nutrition and efficacy are good. Many people don't like it because of its unique taste. Buying natto is expensive. Making natto in a home yogurt machine, the finished product is great.

Ingredients

1. Wash the soybeans and soak in cold water overnight

2. Pour out the remaining water soaking the soybeans

3. Put the soybeans in the pressure cooker, cover the pot and simmer over heat

4. Prepare natto powder

5. Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly

6. Put the simmered cooked soybeans into the container for making natto
