Homemade Oreo Ice Cream (lazy Version)
1.
Separate the yolk from the egg whites in the egg, then add soft sugar, honey and egg yolks and mix them together until it appears light yellow. You can use an electric egg beater.
2.
Add the milk to the milk pot and heat it up, turn off the heat when the milk is bubbling, and then slowly pour it into the egg yolk that has just been stirred while it is hot. Stir it quickly while pouring it ☆ otherwise it will form egg blossoms. It's not tasty
3.
After stirring well in the previous step, pour the fused liquid into the milk pan, then slowly heat it over a low fire, still stirring again, while observing the maturity of the egg liquid. Set aside to cool after the egg is cooked (it’s easier to cool in the refrigerator)
4.
Mix the cream with lemon juice with an electric egg beater until the shape can change when rotating, the thicker the better (see the power of the respective egg beater)
5.
Take out half of a horizontal strip of Oreo biscuits and crush them to pieces in various ways.
6.
Add the whipped cream to the cooled egg mixture, add Oreo cookie powder and stir together (of course you can also add your favorite fruits, nuts, ingredients, etc.), then put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator Refrigerate for more than 4 hours and you can take it out to eat~
Tips:
If you feel that there is too much ice cream candy, add a little salt and stir it, it's better☆
Add some white vinegar to the egg yolk to remove the fishy smell of the egg☆
The homemade ice cream is very delicious because it has a sense of accomplishment☆
Let's try it together~
