Homemade Pancakes

Chopped green onion and set aside

Put oil in the pan, heat up, add wonton slices, and fry until golden brown and remove.

Add water to the mung bean noodles to make a paste.

Spread a layer of oil on the pancakes, scoop a spoonful of mung bean noodles on top, and spread them evenly.

Beat the eggs on top, beat them and spread them evenly.
6.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
7.
Turn the noodles over, spread the sweet noodle sauce evenly, and put on the fried wonton wrappers.
8.
Finally, just roll it up.
