Homemade Pig Skin Jelly
1.
Pigskin washed and plucked
2.
Boil water for 8-10 minutes
3.
Use a knife to scrape off the fat on the inside, shred or dice the clean pigskin
4.
In a pot under cold water, add ginger slices, a little anise, and a little salt (you need to dip it when you eat it, so don’t put too much salt, just a little bit)
5.
Boil the soup until it becomes milky white, pour it out and put it in a cool place until the soup is completely cooled and solidified (preferably on the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator)
6.
Let the skin freeze and solidify overnight. Use a knife to make a circle around the basin, and then you can eat it separately. I will take a small piece and eat it later.
7.
The remaining part can be taken out, bagged and frozen in the refrigerator, eat at any time, take it out and cut a piece at any time
