Homemade Plum Jam

Sprinkle the fresh plums with salt to clean, remove the surface hoarfrost, soak for a while, until it becomes crystal clear

Break open the washed plums, remove the pits, stir in the sugar, and let stand for one minute

Add water and rock sugar, boil first, wait until the rock sugar melts, add plums, add water until it is exactly level with the plums, add appropriate amount of sugar, it is more sweet, according to each person’s taste
