Homemade Popcorn

Prepare small corn, wash and drain.

Mix well with a little cooking oil.

Start the pot and burn oil (not too much oil).

Pour the corn kernels.

Cover the pot, the heat is medium throughout, and my induction cooker is turned on at a temperature of 1000 degrees.

The corn kernels begin to burst, and you can hear a crackling sound. The pan must be shaken continuously throughout the process to keep the corn kernels evenly heated.

The sound stops, indicating that it is all right.

Turn off the heat, open the lid, sprinkle in sugar while it is hot, and mix well.
