Homemade Pork Jelly

Clean pigskin and trotters.

Boil water in a pot.
3.
Add some cooking wine or vinegar when blanching the water to remove the peculiar smell.

Wash the blanched pigskin and trotters, cut into small pieces and put them in the pot, add appropriate amount of water.

Add green onion and ginger.
6.
Add soy sauce and simmer
7.
Simmer on medium and low heat until the pig skin is soft and rotten. Pour into it. Put it in a clean basin and let it sit overnight. The skin will be frozen. It's delicious when sliced and dipped in garlic or cold dressing.
Tips:
It’s better to cook the pigskin for a longer time
