Homemade Red Bean Paste

After washing the red beans, soak for about 4 hours.

Stir to the desired degree of fineness.

Put a small amount of oil and an appropriate amount of rock sugar in the pot.

Put in the stirred red bean paste.

Stir on low heat to the desired dryness and wetness.

Put the prepared red bean paste into a fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
Tips:
The beans should be soaked in advance, otherwise the beans will be difficult to boil and soften.
