Lotus Root Red Bean Soup

Ingredients: lotus root, rock sugar, red bean

Wash the red adzuki beans and put them in a rice cooker. Add plenty of water.

Peel and dice lotus root, rinse well.
4.
Put the sliced lotus root and rock sugar into the rice cooker.
5.
Start the soup and porridge program.
6.
After the program is over, a simple and dry lotus root and red bean soup is complete
Tips:
If the lotus root can be used after peeling, it will not turn black when it is soaked in water.
