Homemade Red Bean Paste

Wash the red beans

Soak in clean water for a few hours

Put the soaked red beans into a rice cooker and cook

Put the boiled red beans into the fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to crush them

Put the steamed red beans into the cooking machine (you can add a small amount of water); grind into puree

Put the red bean puree, brown sugar and butter into the bread bucket; start the "Jam" program of the bread machine and stir

Until the red bean juice is collected and condensed into a mass; take it out and put it in a container, and cover the surface with plastic wrap to prevent it from cracking
Tips:
1. To make red bean filling, you can replace the butter in the ingredient list with vegetable oil, but the filling with butter is more milky.
2. The prepared red bean paste should be covered with plastic wrap or stored in a crisper to avoid dry skin on the surface.
