Tips:
1. When adding rock sugar, do not add it all at once, because the acidity of hawthorn is different, adjust it at any time;
2. Keep stirring to avoid sticking the pot;
3. Be sure to boil it until it is transparent before turning off the heat to set the shape. I am anxious, so I didn't boil it too long, but the hawthorn cake is actually a bit thin;
4. If it is not easy to form, you can also add some isinglass powder and the like.
