Homemade Simple Brine

Prepare various spices;

Soak the pork hind leg in clean water for 10 minutes and then wash it. Rinse the ginger and pat it with the back of a knife.

Put the pork hind leg meat, all the seasonings and 5 times the water in the pot, bring to a boil on high heat to remove the foam, then turn to medium heat for 40 minutes;

After the braised pork is cut, if it feels lighter in color, it can be topped with fragrant hot marinade and mixed well.
Tips:
1. Frequently turn the pork during marinating to ensure that all parts of it are heated evenly.
2. The stewed pork which is poured into the hot marinade and mixed well will add more flavor.
