Homemade Smoked Duck Legs

Wash the frozen duck legs and mix the various seasonings evenly. Then apply evenly on each duck leg. Marinate for 2 days and 2 nights. Then place it in ventilated or sun until semi-dry (different from person to person, I prefer to dry it for a few more days)

Soak the dried duck legs in cold water for several hours, cook in a pot for 20-30 minutes, and drain.

Take a discarded Guo at home, put a small amount of rice on the bottom of the pot, put it on a shelf, put the duck legs in a space at a time, turn on the high heat and turn to a low heat. When you smell the rice fragrance, smoke it on a low fire for 5-7 Minutes, you can boil the pot.
