Homemade Soy Milk Yogurt

Prepare the required materials and tools

Thoroughly disinfect the stainless steel bowl and whisk in the yogurt maker with boiling water and drain

Pour 500ml soy milk

Add 30g of fermented soy yogurt bacteria powder in one package, and stir evenly until the bacteria powder is completely dissolved

Put it into the yogurt machine, plug in the power source and ferment for 6-8 hours at a constant temperature
Tips:
1. Do not clean all the tools for making yogurt with detergents and other chemical agents. Remember to scald and disinfect with boiling water before making.
2. 30g of soy yogurt fungus powder can be used in one package after opening the bag
3. If the indoor temperature is relatively low, the fermentation time can be extended appropriately
4. It is best to sift your own freshly ground soy milk several times, the yogurt produced by doing this is more delicate and smooth
