Homemade Soy Milk Yogurt

Let the freshly beaten soy milk cool;

After washing the yogurt container, blanch it with boiling water; after the container is automatically dried, put the yogurt starter;

Pour a small amount of soy milk;

Put in an appropriate amount of granulated sugar;

Stir the granulated sugar, soy milk, and yogurt starter evenly

Pour in the remaining soy milk and stir evenly;

Put the lid on the container and put it in the yogurt maker; close the lid and power on;

After 8 hours, the healthy soy milk yogurt is ready.
Tips:
1. The healthy yogurt made by yourself is better after refrigeration;
2. Soy milk yogurt is relatively low-fat, consider adding or not adding sugar according to taste;
