Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream

Prepare all ingredients and tools

Separate the egg white from the egg yolk and use the egg yolk.

Bring the pure milk to a low heat and set aside

Add the sugar to the egg yolk and stir vigorously in the same direction. My arm hurts! Dispense until milky white.

Slowly add the heated milk to the egg liquid, be sure to do it slowly, otherwise it will become a scrambled egg and keep stirring.

Pour the mixture into the pot and bring it to a boil on low heat, then let it cool, place it in a container, and refrigerate it. It is best to turn it every two hours. I don't have it. I will make it at night and eat it the next day!
