Homemade Tofu

Soak the soybeans overnight in advance and put them in a food processor to make soy milk.

Strain the bean dregs.

This is the filtered bean dregs as shown in the picture.

Pour the soy milk into the boiling pot to remove the froth.
5.
Bring to a low heat and simmer for ten minutes to turn off the heat.
6.
Dilute 50 grams of white vinegar with an appropriate amount of water.
7.
Put it into the boiled soy milk three times.
8.
Soy milk becomes chunks and floats to the water.
9.
Pour into the gauze.
10.
Wrap the gauze and place it in a container and press for half an hour.
