Homemade Tomato Sauce

Peel the tomatoes and cut into large pieces.

Put the tomato chunks into the mixing cup of the food processor and sprinkle a little salt.

Turn on the machine and beat the tomatoes into sauce.

Beat all the tomatoes into a sauce, pour them into a clean container and set aside.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, and pour the tomato sauce when the oil is hot.

Stir gently with a spatula, and fry on a fine heat.

Stir fry until the tomato sauce is red and bright. When it is thick, add sugar and stir fry on low heat.

Pour in water starch to increase the viscosity of the sauce.
9.
After the tomato sauce has cooled, pour it into a clean container and refrigerate it.
Tips:
1. Add a little salt when stirring the tomatoes to make the sauce thicker.
2. The amount of sugar can be added according to personal preference.
