Homemade Version of Zhou Hei Ya

1. Meat dishes: duck neck, duck feet, duck gizzards, duck wings

3. Dry ingredients: dried chili, cinnamon, star anise, pepper, bay leaf, rock sugar

4. Wet ingredients: dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, beer

5. Wash the duck and blanch it in water, add ginger, spring onion, pepper, and cooking wine for 10 minutes and then pick it up.

6. Put the clean duck goods in the pot, put the duck neck, duck claws, duck gizzards under the bottom, and the duck wings are easy to put on top. Put in a few slices of ginger, put the dry and wet ingredients together, and pour a 500ml bottle of beer.

7. So add proper amount of water after putting the material in. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat and continue to cook for about 50 minutes.

After cooking for another 25 minutes, remove the duck wings, add the vegetables, and continue to cook for 10 minutes to collect the juice.

Tips:
1. Friends who don't know how to eat spicy food can reduce the amount of dried chilies. My recipe is a bit spicy.
2. The saltiness of the dark soy sauce and light soy sauce is enough, so there is no need to add salt.
