Honey Four Fruits

Material: hawthorn, red dates, chestnuts, ginkgo.
Seasoning: white sugar, sesame oil, honey, sweet-scented osmanthus, edible oil.

Put the chestnuts in a pot on the fire and cook them, soak them in ice water for 5-10 minutes, then remove the shells.

Boil the water in the pot and boil the ginkgo for 30 minutes. Remove and rinse in clean water, remove and drain.

Wash the hawthorn and remove the seeds; wash the red dates and set aside.

Put a little oil on the pot and stir-fry with white sugar until it turns light red.

Pour in an appropriate amount of boiled water, pour in hawthorn, chestnuts, red dates, and ginkgo.

Bring to a high heat and change to low heat until the sauce thickens in the pot.

Put it in a bowl, mix in honey, sweet-scented osmanthus, drizzle with sesame oil and mix well. (The flavor is better after refrigeration).
