Honey Grapefruit Tea

Peel the grapefruit that you bought back, and peel the grapefruit meat, don’t need to loosen it, it will be scattered after a while.

Remove the white flesh from the grapefruit peel, then rub the peel with salt, cut into shreds, add salt (add a little more) and knead vigorously, change the water and continue kneading (without adding salt), it is best to soak overnight or a few times Hours, until I can put it directly into my mouth and it doesn’t suffer anymore,

Add water, boil the grapefruit meat for 10 minutes, pour the water away, and then add water. The water is best to submerge the grapefruit meat. Add the cut grapefruit skin and cook together. Add rock sugar. After the water is boiled, change the heat to a low heat. Simmer until it thickens
