Honey Grapefruit Tea

Spread a layer of salt on the grapefruit and wash it off

Peel the grapefruit peel

Cut the peeled grapefruit peel into filaments about 3 cm in length and 1 mm in width. The thinner the better. The cut grapefruit peel is marinated in brine for 1 hour

Peel the grapefruit meat into small pieces and put them in a bowl

Put the marinated grapefruit peel in clean water and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat to soften and remove the bitter taste

Put the processed grapefruit peel and pulp into a clean oil-free pot, add a bowl of water and rock sugar, and boil it over a medium-low heat for 1 hour until it is viscous and the grapefruit peel is golden and translucent.

After letting cool, add honey, stir evenly to make honey grapefruit tea, put it in an airtight jar and store it in the refrigerator, rinse with warm water when you drink it.
