It is now the season to eat grapefruit. You have to eat a grapefruit for several days at a time, so I thought it was better to make grapefruit tea without even wasting the skin.
I haven't drunk grapefruit tea from outside, so there is no contrast, but I can eat it with confidence. It has a very fragrant grapefruit smell, which is quite good, so let's make it when you have time. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Honey Grapefruit Tea

1. Wash the grapefruit with salt, cut the grapefruit skin thinly, and then cut into shreds. The knife is very good, and it is best to cut very finely. The more beautiful the finished product)

2. Soak the cut grapefruit peel in light salt water for half an hour. Break the grapefruit into small pieces for later use. (Used 1/3 of the whole grapefruit meat)

3. Put the grapefruit peel in the pot, add water, and the grapefruit peel is over. Turn on high heat

4. After the high heat is boiled, add the grapefruit meat and 100g of rock sugar to a boil. Turn the heat to a low heat and simmer until it becomes viscous, stirring occasionally. (I cooked for about 50 minutes)

5. It is boiled like this, there is still a little bit of water, and it is not too dry, turn off the heat and let cool

6. Scratch it with a spoon, it will be done without much moisture

7. After letting cool, add 300g of honey and mix well.

8. The ready-made grapefruit tea is packed in an airtight box, and it is convenient to take a spoonful when drinking it.
