Honey Jujube
1.
Prepare fresh red dates
2.
Rinse with water
3.
Pour into the casserole, add a bowl of water
4.
Covered and simmered
5.
Bring to a boil, turn to medium-low heat, cover and continue to cook for 5 minutes
6.
When the water volume is almost done, turn off the fire
7.
Put it in a bowl and let it cool, then drizzle with honey
8.
Pick up the small bowl with both hands and shake it up and down a few times, so that the honey is evenly wrapped on the red dates, put it in the refrigerator, and finish eating as soon as possible
Tips:
1. Most of the red dates are disposable, and you can do it without washing; but I feel more at ease after washing it
2. Try not to damage the skin of the red dates during the whole process
3. After the red dates are cool, pour honey on it, otherwise it will destroy the nutrition of honey.
