Honey Red Date Tea
1.
Wash the dried red dates and soak in water (in order to facilitate the core removal)
2.
Cut the soaked red dates with a knife and take out the date cores
3.
Then put the red dates with the pits removed into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water and cook for 20 minutes
4.
After cooking (the jujube looks softer), take out the red jujube pieces and put the cooked jujube into the cooking machine, and stir with the right amount of water to boil the jujube
5.
Stir it into a delicate jujube puree.
6.
Then pour the stirred jujube puree into the boiling pot for further frying. The purpose is to reduce some water and make the jujube puree thicker and easier to store. (Wok can also be used)
7.
Stir constantly during the frying process to prevent sticking to the pan, and just fry until it is relatively dry.
8.
After the fried jujube mud is allowed to cool, pour it into a clean bottle (the bottle should be boiled in boiling water) and honey will be more nutritious, and it can also play a role in antiseptic. The freezer in the refrigerator can keep it for a long time. Time; scoop some honey jujube tea when eating, mix it with warm water and drink it
9.
I put some of the remaining jujube puree in a lock box and put it in the freezer. When you need to make some snacks, just take it out and thaw it.
