Honey Sauce Chicken Roll

Wash the boneless chicken thighs, absorb water on the paper, and use the tip of a knife to chop the thighs on both sides. In order to absorb the taste, sprinkle with salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Grab them evenly. Then marinate in a plastic bag overnight.

Put the marinated leg meat in a circle on the foil. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and adjust it to 200 degrees. Then put it in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes, then take it out and brush it with honey water, and bake it for 5 minutes without wrapping it in tin foil, then take it out and brush it with honey water and bake it for 5 minutes. Then take it out.

Finally, slice it with a knife and sprinkle with a little cumin for flavor. Lay out.
Tips:
It's best to pickle with 13 spices, but I don't have it at home, so I was too lazy to go downstairs to buy it. When baking, add some water to the baking tray.
