Honey Two-color Yam

Ingredients, forgot to take out the orange juice in the refrigerator.

After rubbing the yam, cut into sections

For steaming on the pot, I used a rice cooker.

The steamed yam is soaked in a lunch box of bayberry juice, and the remaining three sections are soaked in orange juice.

Cover and refrigerate in the refrigerator for four hours, turning it over once in between.

1. The length of the yam cut is up to personal preference.
2. Steam with a rice cooker and take it out after the rice is ready.
