Honeysuckle and Red Date Tea

Soak the honeysuckle in water.

Put in tangerine peel.

Add licorice.

Add rock sugar, stir well, and let stand for half an hour.

Pour into a saucepan, cover, and simmer on high heat for about 60 minutes.

Tips:
1. Add rock sugar in an appropriate amount according to your preference, or add honey to taste after simmering and drying to luke warm.
2. This time I used a slow cooker. If you don't have a common saucepan at home, turn to low heat and simmer for about half an hour.
