Honeysuckle Egg Soup

Soak honeysuckle in clean or warm water for a few minutes.

Beat one egg and set aside.
3.
Put a large bowl of water in the pot, add sliced ginger and bring to a boil.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add honeysuckle and cook for about 5 minutes.
5.
After 5 minutes, the water in the pot changed color and the honeysuckle "opened".
6.
Put in the beaten eggs and roll for a while.

Add a little salt to taste and it will be out of the pan.
Tips:
Soaking honeysuckle can remove dust and bitterness.
