Hong Kong Style Frozen Mandarin Duck
1.
This is the material map. I don’t use a 3-in-1 coffee. If there is only 3-in-1, the milk and sugar may be reduced appropriately.
2.
Put pure water in the pot and add tea bags. After the high heat is boiled, turn to a small fire and let him soak for a while. Generally, I put half a cup of water in a tea bag, about 200ml, so that the tea soup is strong enough.
3.
When the color of the tea soup is so dark, taste the astringency of the black tea. Don’t be afraid of being too bitter, it will become better after adding sugar.
4.
When the tea soup is ready, turn off the heat and add granulated sugar according to personal preference. Because my coffee is black coffee and the milk is not sweet, the sugar in the black tea is a little bit sweeter than you like.
5.
Add the right amount of coffee powder to a clean cup
6.
Add a little boiled water to rinse, thicker is better
7.
Pour coffee into the prepared cup
8.
Add the black tea soup
9.
If you add ice, the black tea and coffee will occupy more than 1/2 of the cup, otherwise the milk is not enough to put it, if you don’t add it, you can put it to 2/3
10.
Put the coffee and tea in the refrigerator and add some ice cubes after cooling
11.
Finally, pour the milk and stir well~~
