Tofu Soup

Ingredients: loofah, tofu, tea bags, green onions

Peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces
3.
Tofu cut into small cubes
4.
Put water in the pot and boil
5.
Put in the tea bag and cook for two minutes

Then take out the tea bag

Put in the loofah

Add tofu
9.
Bring to a boil on high heat, skim the foam
10.
Boil the loofah until transparent and add salt to taste
11.
Add chicken essence
12.
Drizzle some sesame oil
Tips:
1. Just cook the loofah until it's transparent, don't cook it for a long time;
2. You only need to drop a few drops of sesame oil, too much will cover up the fragrance of tea.
