Take tea into the dish, and the tea smells pleasant. This is also the first time I tried to put tea into the dishes, using very ordinary tea bags, sweet loofah, tender tofu, plus a light tea fragrance, it is worth trying.
Loofah has a special function of maintaining skin elasticity and can beautify and remove wrinkles. It contains B vitamins to prevent skin aging, vitamin C to whiten the skin and other ingredients, which can protect the skin, eliminate plaques, and make the skin white and tender. Tofu Soup

1. Ingredients: loofah, tofu, tea bags, green onions

2. Peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces

3. Tofu cut into small cubes

4. Put water in the pot and boil

5. Put in the tea bag and cook for two minutes

6. Then take out the tea bag

7. Put in the loofah

8. Add tofu

9. Bring to a boil on high heat, skim the foam

10. Boil the loofah until transparent and add salt to taste

11. Add chicken essence

12. Drizzle some sesame oil

Tips:

1. Just cook the loofah until it's transparent, don't cook it for a long time;
2. You only need to drop a few drops of sesame oil, too much will cover up the fragrance of tea.
