Hot and Sour Beef Guilin Rice Noodles
1.
Put Guilin rice noodles in a pot of cold water and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.
2.
Add the meatballs and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Guilin rice noodles are relatively hard, so don't worry about being too soft. But you still have to pay attention to it, just use chopsticks to pinch it off.
3.
You can remove the noodles and the meatballs after the vegetables are cooked.
4.
Add the greens to the boiling pot and turn off the heat when it is boiled. The greens have just turned green. Just remove them and set aside.
5.
Add all seasonings to the noodles.
6.
Stir well.
7.
Spread the ingredients and it's ok (the beef is marinated in advance, sour bamboo shoots and capers are also readily available, because they don't like peanuts, so they didn't put it).
8.
Spicy and sour enough! So full 😊ཽ😊ཽ
