Hot and Sour Chicken Blood

1. Bring the water to a boil, put the chicken blood in the pot and cook for five minutes.

2. After cooking, cut into strips.

3. Bring the oil to a boil, add pickled peppers, red peppers, garlic, and ginger and stir fry to create a delicious aroma.

4. Add chicken blood and continue to fry for 3 minutes, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, add green onion, coriander, garlic sprouts and stir-fry until fresh.

5. It is a very good dish without adding salt throughout.
