Hot and Sour Noodles

Reserve the noodles, the thin noodles are delicious, they are cooked once they are cooked

Add peanut oil to the pot, add the chopped green onions, and then add the right amount of water

Add seaweed, shrimp skins, add two poached eggs when the pan is about to boil, reduce the heat to simmer for 2 minutes

Delicious appetizing noodles are just fine, (if you like chili, you can add a spoonful of spicy German fresh chili sauce)
Tips:
Don't cook the noodles for too long. When cooking the poached eggs, use a low heat. The big fire will slurp.
