Hot and Sour Tripe Soup

Prepare the main ingredients

Mix the hot and sour soup with water to make a paste

Shred lamb tripe, cut yuba, and other ingredients

Put oil in the pan, fry fragrant ginger, then add carrots and tomatoes and fry until soft

A pack of hot and sour soup can make about 3 bowls of soup. No need to add salt!
